Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team and work on a day-to-day basis in secondary schools across Somerset. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Ensure a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
Support students with their learning and address any questions they may have.
Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
