We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our Science Department as a Biology Teacher at a vibrant state school in Worcestershire. This full-time, permanent position is perfect for a newly qualified Science Teacher who is passionate about inspiring students and making a difference in the classroom. As a Biology Teacher, you will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 in the future.

✅ What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Biology Teacher (ECT) who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will achieve it by September 2025, along with a degree in Biology or a related subject.

* Is passionate about teaching Biology and has a strong desire to inspire students at Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Has a positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning, with a commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal growth.

* Is reflective and open to feedback, with a strong desire to develop professionally as a Science Teacher.

* Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and contributing to the wider school community.
