Job Title: Catering Assistant
Location: Catterick Garrison (School Environment)
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Hourly Pay Rate: £12.21 (Paid weekly in arrears via Berry Recruitment)

Berry Recruitment Darlington is currently seeking a Catering Assistant to support a school in the Catterick Garrison area on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with basic food preparation and service

Cleaning down the kitchen and dining areas

Supporting the catering team with daily tasks

Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met at all times

Serving pupils in a friendly, efficient manner

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS Certificate (Current) - required due to the immediate start and school environment

Previous experience in a catering or food service role is desirable

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
