Primary School Administrator, Wakefield Full Time via Trust Education

Are you an experienced and organised individual looking to work in a primary school office environment? Trust Education is currently seeking a reliable and proactive School Administrator to join one of our partner primary schools in Wakefield. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, offering an exciting opportunity to support the smooth running of a busy school office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.

* Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

* Maintaining accurate pupil records and assisting with admissions.

* Supporting the day-to-day operations of the school office.

* Using school systems (SIMS/Arbor) to manage data and attendance (training can be provided).

Requirements:

* Previous administrative experience (preferably in a school setting).

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Fully available Monday to Friday during term time.
