The school is seeking a dedicated and organised School Administrator to provide administrative support to the office team.
The School Administrator will assist with a variety of administrative tasks within the primary school. Previous experience in a school office is essential. The role requires an individual who is highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks, and able to offer vital administrative support to staff and school leadership. The successful candidate will also play a key role in in attendance, ensuring that pupil attendance is monitored effectively and accurately.
Manage and update pupil data
Monitor and lead attendance procedures, ensuring that student attendance records are accurately maintained and any concerns are escalated promptly
Perform routine administrative tasks, including use of MS Word and Excel
Support stock management and ordering of school supplies
Assist with general office duties as directed by the Office Manager or Headteacher
Provide support for parent communications and other administrative tasks as required
Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a school office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail
Ability to lead and manage attendance-related tasks effectively
Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
Available to work part-time, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
