SAP Implementation Specialist

We are currently partnering with a dynamic and well-established organisation, renowned within their industry, to recruit an IT Implementation Specialist to lead and support the successful deployment and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home and on-site at their modern Uxbridge offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS, Payroll systems, Azure, and ServiceNow platforms.
Provide subject matter expertise in system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Monitor performance and user adoption, driving continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives.
