Role – We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BI/BO Consultant with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP BO reports and dashboards. This client-facing role requires a technical expert with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to deliver analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
Key skills:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP BO/BI.
• Proficient in SAP Business Objects tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Dashboard Designer, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Experience in PL/SQL, Java, and other BI/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, data governance, and healthcare analytics.
• Basic Linux and WebLogic administration skills.
• Understanding of clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies for SAP BO.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and report issues.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
• Prior experience with SAP BO version upgrades and system implementations.
• Consulting background is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Rights to work in the UK is must (No Sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create robust reports and dashboards using SAP Business Objects tools based on business requirements.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP BO with other systems through system analysis, configuration, and design.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing, identify defects, and resolve issues to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Platform Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the SAP BO platform, resolving technical issues and optimizing performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide end-user support and training.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes, configurations, and upgrades.
• Upgrades & Implementations: Support version upgrades and new deployments of SAP Business Objects.
