Salesforce Release Manager

Are you an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with excellent communication skills and a proven background of planning, co-ordinating, and executing Salesforce deployments? If so, we have an exciting new role for you.

Essential

* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code. (LEAD)

* Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps (Preferred), Azure Pipelines (Preferred), Azure Repos (Preferred), SonarQube, Azure Test Plans (Preferred), Gearset, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool). (LEAD)

* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for Salesforce. (LEAD)

* Experience setting up development orgs and data seeding (OwnBackup)

* Experience with Branching Strategy tools (e.g., Github, Bitbucket)

* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

* Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Desirable

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

* SCRUM experience / certification
