Basic Salary given (doe) plus Commission with realistic OTE of £35K-40k

A dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager / Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor, is required to join a small family owned business based in the Northamptonshire area. Working within their existing sales team of approx. 13 people. As a Sales Account Manager / Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor, you will use your sales, customer service and negotiating skills to grow revenue from a range of businesses. You will develop customer relationships with decision makers at various levels allowing you to get to know their business and to establish opportunities to sell advertising space with some profits going to help Educational establishments.

Contacting Business Owners to sell advertising space in a your own monthly publication for schools/tourist pamphlets
Costing for an advert could be as low as £350 for a small advert (very affordable)
Negotiation and discussing artwork options
Using your personality rather than a script to gain business
Being proactive to gain your own leads
Full training given (induction, role play and shadowing)To be considered for the Sales Account Manager / Outbound Sales Executive / Telesales Advisor role you will have the following skills & background;

Excellent communication skills with a desire to work within a professional sales environment
Proven experience and talent for sales / relationship building or a willingness to do sales. You may have working within a similar role previously, or worked within more of a customer focused position and are looking for an opportunity to move in to the business to business (B2B) market
Possess a drive and determination to deliver an exceptional account management service.
Understanding of the sales cycle
Enjoy earning commission and getting financial reward for your efforts (uncapped)
An ability to professionally liaise with decision makers (Business owners, Business managers, Marketing Managers, Marketing Executives, Marketing professionals etc.)
