Are you an experienced Course sales professional?
If you have experience converting leads to learners and enrolling candidates onto paid training courses and experience managing a sales team then we would love to speak to you.
* Hands on manager role with own sales targets as well as managing overall team sales targets
* Set individual targets for team members and coach and train to hit sales figures.
* Work closely with marketing team whom bring in leads and learners, and covert these leads to sales with a sales target and KPIs to hit for course sales figures
* Enrol people onto Digital and CIPD training courses
* B2C role selling direct to professional learners
* Grow the team, train and develop and add headcount
* Work with marketing on new ideas for candidate attraction and engagement to secure more learners
* Conduct webinars and candidate events to secure interest from potential learners.
The ideal candidate
* Will have worked for a training or apprenticeship provider in a sales capacity
* You will have ideally sold training courses
* You will have experience managing 3-5 sales consultants
* Have a long term view to grow and build the team and be promoted internally

* 2 days a week in the office in central London
* £37.5 to £42.5K base
