About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to assist their growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administrative support, and logistics coordination.





Key Responsibilities:





  • Support the sales team in managing client accounts and ensuring excellent customer service.




  • Prepare and process quotations, contracts, and freight shipment documentation.




  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for smooth shipment execution.




  • Track and respond to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information.




  • Maintain customer databases and CRM systems for organized and up-to-date records.




  • Assist with market research, pricing analysis, and lead generation.







Ideal Candidate:





  • Experience in sales support, sales, or freight forwarding is preferred.




  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.




  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.




  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.




  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (experience with logistics software is a plus!).
