You will be managing a team of 3 people
Responsible for all sales support functions throughout the UK teams
It will involve sales, ordering, customer and process management support
Hybrid role - 3 days per week in the office
Strategic to the improvement and structure of this growing team
Implementing process change, improving efficiency & streamlining workflow processesIdeal Background for the Sales Operations Manager

You must have strong proven sales operations management experience, be organised & a great problem solver.
You could have worked in any industry sector ideally manufacturing, engineering or technical.
Knowledge & working experience of excel, pivot tables, reporting, CRM systems, SAP & Salesforce would be ideal.
Happy to commute to the West Midlands daily.
Have a driving licence.
You must have right to work in the UK as sponsorship won't be provided.The Package:
