A growing and design-focused business is seeking a dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to lead commercial performance and operational delivery. The role offers a broad leadership remit, combining strategic sales expansion, operational oversight, and financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support executive leadership with strategic planning and day-to-day management of the business.

* Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, driving profitability and business growth.

* Develop and deliver effective sales and business development strategies to strengthen market presence.

* Lead, mentor and develop high-performing sales and operational teams.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.

* Oversee service delivery standards, ensuring operational excellence across all areas.

* Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and key presentations.

* Flexibility to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas to support business objectives.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role supporting C-suite or executive-level operations.

* Demonstrated success in sales, business development and client relationship management.

* Experience managing full P&L responsibility within a fast-paced environment.

* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

* Commercially astute with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.

* Comfortable working within a growth-oriented and design-led business environment.

* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
