About the Role of Sales Office Manager
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this pivotal role is designed to streamline operations and support the MD in focusing on strategic growth. You'll act as a key liaison between leadership and the wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving sales performance.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that blends operations management with sales leadership. You'll oversee a small internal sales team and coordinate with various departments to ensure business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Office Manager
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director
Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Maintain and improve administrative systems and databases
Coordinate cross-departmental activities to meet KPIs
Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure service excellence
Manage and update pricing files
Oversee a team of 7 across three departments
Support with general office administration, facilities, and event planning

Proven experience in a managerial role, ideally within an SME environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage direct reports and influence across departments
