Our client is a well-established property services provider, specialising in sales, lettings, mortgages and acquisitions.

The Role:

As a Residential Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring client engagement with confidentiality in mind.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, securing instructions.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience, aligning with ethos
• Prepare compliant terms of engagement, photos, brochures, and online listings.
• Handle general administration duties.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Residential Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role.
• Hold a current PSRA Licence (Minimum B, C).
• Capability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM Systems
• Have a car and valid driving licence.
