Monday – Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)

A leading international construction company with over 150 years of history is experiencing significant growth and is looking for an experienced salesperson to join their Marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, setting appointments, and supporting our field sales team. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to drive new business and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Make calls (both warm and cold) to decision-makers in the construction industry across the UK and Ireland.
* Appointment Setting: Book meetings for our field sales team with potential clients.
* Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads from various marketing channels (e.g., exhibitions, website, email campaigns).
* CRM Management: Keep track of leads and update the CRM system with the latest information.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify new opportunities and improve lead generation processes.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in telemarketing or B2B sales, ideally within a professional or construction-related environment.
* Strong communication skills – confident on the phone, with great listening and rapport-building abilities.
* Results-driven and target-focused, with the ability to handle objections and close calls.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of sales processes.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
