What You'll Be Doing
*
Guiding customers through the home buying journey from first enquiry to handover
*
Conducting viewings and presenting the benefits of each property and development
*
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
*
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
*
Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
*
Representing the brand to the highest standard on site

Previous experience in new homes sales

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Well-presented, professional, and personable
*
Availability to work five days per week, including weekends on a rotating basis
