We are now have an exciting opporty for an experienced New Build Sales Executive to join our North Midlands division at our DN11 development

Key Purpose of the Role-Sales Executive

To be responsible for achieving new home sales in line set targets, maximising revenue wherever possible, whilst ensuring the customer always receives the highest level of customer service.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities- Sales Executive

* Manage the sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, completions, and additional purchaser extras from the Excellence Range to ensure sales targets are met.

* Maintain contact with purchasers, their IFA, Solicitors to monitor the progress of the sale whist maintaining weekly contact with existing purchasers on all aspect of build progress, keeping records of conversations on plot files.
