Preston
Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00
£24,000 per annum (rising to £26k after successful probation)
Uncapped commission + training bonus of £1500 paid within 6-month period
Rapid Recruit are currently recruiting for Sales Executives to join our client’s team in Preston. This is not just a ‘sales job’ our client is offering long term career prospects with excellent benefits and incentives.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and resilient with a drive to make money. You will be confident in making outbound calls, with an excellent telephone manner and administration skills as you will be working on several IT-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to identify business opportunities selling a full range of products and services.
* Creating opportunities for the Field Team, working collaboratively to sell larger telephone and cloud-based systems and data solutions.
* The focus of the role is a balance between contacting existing clients and building the client base by acquiring new business with the full support of a trusted database.
Requirements:
* The ability to both question and actively listen to create a high-level business conversation.
* Drive and ambition to progress and develop.
* Resilience and self-motivation.
* Excellent organisation/planning ability.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build solid relationships with your team.
* Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience.
* Competitive: the will to win.
* Able to contribute to a fun and energetic environment.
*Previous sales experience is not required as full training will be provided*

* Salary: Uncapped earnings from £24,000 - £53,000pa
