Sales Engineer

Job Description This manufacturer of bespoke industrial machinery wishes to appoint a trainee sales engineer or sales engineer to help them grow their specialist business.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be driven, sales focussed and have both strong people skills and a formal technical education.\n\nReporting directly to the MD you will be responsible for contact management of the existing customer base, the development and production of technical proposals (training will be provided), product demonstrations, the development of marketing materials and activities and the selection support and development of overseas sales agents.\n\nThe role is largely office based with approximately 25% travel. \n\nOur ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about building a career in Technical sales who has the drive and ambition to develop an expertise in a technical product range. \n\nYou will need to be located within a 45 minute commute of Milton Keynes.
You will not require sponsorship to work in the UK and will need to have a full current drivers licence. \n\nThe company is a well known SME which is growing at a rapid pace. The culture is very much in the "can do" mould with a small dynamic team working very hard for the customers to help them achieve their ideal technical outcomes.
