Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
* Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored IT solutions to their specific needs.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven track record in sales.
* Demonstrable experience in selling outsourced IT services is highly desirable.
* An understanding of IT solutions, including helpdesk support, network management, cybersecurity, and strategic IT planning.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
