Job Title: Inside Sales Engineer – Electrical Systems
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in electrical engineering? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in driving commercial success by supporting customers and delivering tailored technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and issue accurate technical quotations.
*
Expedite enquiries and process customer purchase orders promptly.
*
Leverage the sales process to identify new opportunities and drive conversions.
*
Maintain and grow strong relationships with both existing and new accounts.
*
Travel to client sites as required (up to 20%).
Qualifications
*
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
*
2–4 years of inside sales or technical customer service experience.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*
Experience with SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
*
A creative problem-solver with exceptional customer service skills.
Desired Experience/Skills
*
Prior experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
*
Background in Electrical Systems Engineering (BEng preferred).
*
Proven ability to manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.
*
Skilled at identifying and quoting replacement spare parts.
*
Comfortable converting leads into sales and delivering value-driven results.
