Job Description Sales Enablement Programs Analyst
We’re working with one of the most exciting, fast-paced global tech brands out there, think scale, innovation, and impact. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in program delivery, operations, and enablement, ideally with experience supporting high-performing sales teams.
This role sits within a global team responsible for rolling out programs that help sales teams elevate their performance through peer enablement and structured learning experiences. It’s a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll need to be organised, resourceful, and happy owning key workstreams from start to finish.

The Basics:
Contract: 8 months, PAYE (inside IR35)
Pay: Up to £29.50ph + holiday pay
Hybrid: 3 days in Bishopsgate office, 2 days WFH
Start: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing:
Owning the operations and logistics of a flagship Academy Program
Managing communications, session logistics, swag, and Zoom production
Tracking effectiveness, survey data, KPIs, stakeholder feedback
Working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across the business
Supporting internal subject matter experts and preparing sessions
