Out There RPO are supporting our client to recruit a full time Sales Development Executive to join their team in Fareham.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing help and advice to customers using your knowledge of the organisation's products or services.
* Support Account Management through proactively selling additional products and building on-going relationships with clients.
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently using Oracle NetSuite system.
* Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter.
* Agreeing product returns in consultation with the relevant Account Manager/Department.
* Ensure all customer experience information is captured in Oracle NetSuite system, providing details of feedback and opportunities to maximise potential revenue.
* Generate quotes to customer requirements using Oracle NetSuite.
* Learning about our products and keeping up to date with changes.
* Liaising with Operations regarding progress of all orders and informing customers of any late or incomplete deliveries.
* Ensure all customer experience information is captured in NetSuite system, providing details of feedback and opportunities to maximise potential revenue.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
* Experience in a sales support role is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience using Oracle NetSuite desirable.
* IT literate.
