As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process – handling customer quotations, processing orders, and making sure the CRM is always up to date. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love a varied day, this could be the ideal next step for you.
Day-to-day as a Sales Coordinator will include:
Creating accurate, professional customer quotations
Processing sales orders with care and attention to detail
Maintaining and updating the CRM system with all sales activity
Communicating with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve any issues
Supporting the wider sales team with general administrative dutiesWhat we’re looking for in a Sales Coordinator:
Experience in a similar sales support or administrative role
Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator – both written and verbal
Previous use of CRM systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
