A bit about the role:
The Application Sales Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating the daily sales activities for the wider application engineering team.
You will be the communication link between the head of sales and the rest of the team team.
Drive sales growth for the instrumentation product range across EMEA, in particular pressure sensors and load products.
Implement proactive sales strategies, including lead guidance and customer interactions.
Lead sales projects, develop winning strategies, and deliver technical presentations.
Gather and coordinate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Support team members in expanding sales opportunities.
Manage KPIs and Monthly Business Reviews, and delivering feedback to Head of Sales.
Whats required:
Candidates must have previous management or team lead experience
B.Eng. degree in a technical field (Preferably Instrumentation or Electrical) or an industrial instrumentation & process control background
