Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Birmingham
Base Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 | OTE: £30,000 - £35,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and personable Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join a growing estate agency in Birmingham. With a recently acquired branch undergoing revitalisation, this role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team poised for significant growth.
Working closely with an experienced Branch Manager and Senior Negotiator, alongside a couple of enthusiastic new starters, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and expanding the branch's strong lettings portfolio, which currently accounts for around 90% of business activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and growing the lettings portfolio, with some involvement in sales
Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing deals
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective buyers
Supporting the branch team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Contributing to the branch's reputation for excellent customer service and local expertise
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in lettings is highly desirable; sales experience is a bonus
Confident, proactive, and well-organised with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong local knowledge of the Birmingham area is beneficial
A valid UK driver's licence is essential; access to a car is desirable but not essential
