Sales and Lettings Administrator / Lettings Business Development Trainee
Location: Hackney (E5)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join their dynamic team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines administrative in lettings and sales with business development duties to grow the lettings department.
The ideal candidate must be very highly motivated, a quick learner, confident communicator, and able to hit the ground running. You'll play a vital role with covering the lettings/sales admin work while also training/working to grow their lettings portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Cover administrative for sales and lettings
Assist with property listings and marketing
Answer calls, manage diaries, and arrange appointments
Cold calling potential landlords to win new business
Attending viewings and meetings to win new business
Increasing stock levels through proactive lead generation

What They're Looking For :
Confident, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Eager to succeed and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
