Youll be the go-to person for clients, helping them shape their events while working closely with internal teams and suppliers to bring everything together seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities for this S ales and Events Coordinator Role :
Handling incoming enquiries across multiple platforms and responding quickly with tailored, professional proposals
Guiding clients through the booking process, offering expert advice on space usage, packages and pricing
Hosting show rounds and representing the venue at networking events, exhibitions and familiarisation visits
Finalising event details with clients, including catering, AV, equipment, room layouts and special requests
