Sales Advisor – Luxury Interiors
Working Hours: Showroom hours
Salary:
Base Salary £27,000 PA + Bonus
Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading specialist in luxury natural stone and porcelain flooring, who are seeking a Sales Advisor to join their vibrant and customer-focused showroom team.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, offering expert advice and delivering a premium, personalised experience. You’ll work closely with the Showroom Manager and team to help clients find the right products while contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service from initial contact through to post-sale support

Engage with customers in the showroom, by phone, and via email
*
Provide accurate and helpful advice on product selection, suitability, and pricing
*
Create quotations, process payments, and coordinate deliveries
*
Ensure all client details and sales activities are accurately logged in the CRM system
*
Prepare and dispatch samples, and follow up on customer feedback
*
Maintain a welcoming, tidy, and well-organised showroom space
*
Confirm customer appointments and provide a seamless in-store experience
Skills & Experience Required:
*
Previous sales or retail experience (interiors or luxury products preferred but not essential)
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
A proactive, customer-centric mindset
*
Strong attention to detail and organisation
*
Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*
Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and self-motivated
