About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our busy Sales Team. In this key role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely commercial quotations and maintaining up-to-date records to support ongoing and future sales activity.
Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Administrator you will create and manage detailed commercial quotations for a range of products including windows, doors, and flood defence solutions.

Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
*
Maintain accurate records of all quotations and sales activities
*
Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure a smooth quotation and sales process
*
Monitor and track the progress of quotations, converting interest into confirmed orders
*
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our internal sales processes
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a sales administration or internal sales support role (essential)
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*
Confidence working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*
A proactive and customer-focused approach
