Sales Account Manager

Job Description We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Cheltenham office and work with our local and established team to develop business in the Cheltenham area.\n\nThe job:\n\nYou will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on both candidate and client acquisition, building relationships with organisations in the engineering sector. You will understand unique hiring requirements and supply talented candidates that meet client specifications.\n\nDaily responsibilities will include:\n\nUsing a variety of methods to source candidates that meet client requirements\nArranging and attending client meetings to discuss their staffing solutions\nPosting job adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work\nSourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies\nBringing on new clients, nurturing and maintaining existing relationships \nRequirements:\n\nDue to the nature of the role, a full driver's licence is required\nComfortable speaking with candidates/clients both face to face and over the phone\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills\nAbility to work toward KPIs and financial targets\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team\nA positive mentality and can-do attitudeIn return ...
