Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 base + uncapped commission
(Average bonus earnings – Year 1: £5k, Year 2: £10k, Year 3: £16k)

A Day in the Life as a Sales Account Manager:
You’ll be joining the national Road Freight sales team, where you’ll have the freedom to build your own client base and develop it into a high-performing portfolio. This is your opportunity to treat your patch like your own business – with the backing of an established brand behind you.

Build and nurture your own customer base across your region
*
Use CRM tools, research, and networking to identify and qualify new leads
*
Pick up the phone, get out on the road, and meet prospects to win business
*
Prepare bespoke quotes and convert leads into long-term relationships
*
Manage and grow your accounts in year one – with the goal of becoming their go-to partner
*
After 12 months, shift gears to focus on bringing in fresh business and handing over accounts to the service team
