We offer: A competitive salary of £32.00 per hour.

Responsibility
What will you be responsible for:
Providing high-quality social work services to individuals recovering from neurological conditions within the community setting. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to holistic care plans and supporting clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Specifically the activities will be:
Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, liaising with families and carers, advocating for client needs, and participating in regular team meetings and supervision.
Experience
What requirements are we looking for?
Significant experience working as a qualified social worker, ideally within a neuro-rehabilitation or community health setting. Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.
Requirements/Skills
What requirements are we looking for?
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills. A strong understanding of social work legislation and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid social work registration with the relevant professional body.
Level of study
What requirements are we looking for?
A relevant social work degree and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) are essential.
