RPA Developer/Manager Hybrid Role
Join our dynamic Business Improvement and Assurance team as a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer/Manager. Were seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Microsoft Power Automate (or other RPA platforms) to drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
In this hybrid role, youll work 3 days remotely and 2 days in one of our offices in Walsall, Preston, or Nottingham. Please ensure you consider your commute before applying.
Youll play a key role in streamlining business processes and enhancing efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of automation processes that improve business efficiency and output consistency, in collaboration with business and process owners.
Develop and maintain RPA workflows, scripts, and bots using Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, and other automation tools.
Monitor live automations, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the planning, deployment, and support of automation solutions, addressing any issues that arise.
Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and generative AI technologies.
