Job Title: RICS BUILDING & REGISTERED VALUATION SURVEYOR - Estate Agent
Location: Dagenham, IG11
Salary: £55,000 - £90,000 per annum
Position: Permanent, Full-Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS Building & Valuation Surveyor to join a professional and expanding Property Services company .
The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a busy, successful team . This role involves conducting a variety of Commercial and Residential Level 2 and Level 3 Property Surveys for private clients, as well as handling professional instructions under the Landlord & Tenant Act .
Applicants must be RICS qualified with post-qualification experience , and ideally a Registered Valuer , to undertake professional valuations when required.
