CMA HR Division is currently assisting one of their clients to recruit a Reward Analyst on a 12–14-month fixed term contract based in their attractive offices near Southampton, Hampshire.
This exciting role sits within a collaborative Reward and Benefits function and plays a key part in supporting the compensation and benefits strategy across the organisation. Reporting into the Reward Manager, the Reward Analyst will take ownership of reward data analysis, manage key stakeholder relationships, and provide expert support for pay reviews and benchmarking activities.
What will the Reward Analyst role involve?
Carry out in-depth data analysis to support reward initiatives and ensure accuracy of information.
Support annual compensation processes including pay reviews and bonus planning.
Maintain and update internal reward systems,
Support the development of reward policies and procedures and contribute to wider people projects.
Provide insight to support strategic business decisions through robust analytics.
Suitable Candidate for Reward Analyst:
Proven experience in a reward role, ideally within a large organisation.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
