REVIT TECHNICIAN
Location: Petham, Kent
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Reporting to: Design Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Revit Technician to join a dynamic team based in Petham, just outside Canterbury. This role involves working on various Revit-related tasks, including schematics, as-installed drawings, minor sketches, and sheeting/tagging 2D CAD drawings from Revit models.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS

Produce and update CAD drawings, including schematics and as-installed drawings.
*
Work on minor sketches and sheeting/tagging 2D CAD drawings from Revit models.
*
Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and company requirements.
*
Collaborate closely with Revit engineers, design teams, and other project stakeholders.
*
Interpret specifications, schedules, and technical submittals accurately.
*
Work to deadlines, ensuring high-quality outputs.
*
Maintain flexibility and adaptability within a fast-paced work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
*
Experience in AutoCAD MEPH and Microsoft Office products.
*
Basic understanding of Revit.
*
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently with provided information and specifications.
*
Own transport is required due to office location.
*
Ability to travel to the office daily.
