ai, you will play a key role in driving business planning, generating insights, and achieving operational excellence within our organisation. You will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and Analytics.
They should possess a strong analytical mindset, be consultative in their approach, and have experience working with senior stakeholders from diverse business and technical backgrounds.

Conduct thorough business analyses to identify critical growth opportunities and cost efficiency improvements
Lead critical projects and initiatives from inception to completion
Spearhead core operations projects, including setting quarterly and annual goals
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, mathematics or a relevant quantitative field. MBA a plus
~7+ years of experience in business / strategic planning, revenue operations and/or relevant experience in consulting, with a focus on B2B technology / SaaS
~ Strong project management skills gained from roles in management consulting or strategic planning teams within technology companies
~ Exceptional problem solving and analytical abilities, capable of leading quantitative analyses and translating insights into actionable strategies
~ Superior Excel / Google sheet analysis skills including modelling. Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Qlik
~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
~ Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems. CRM implementation experience a plus
