Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor on a temporary to permanent, full-time basis, located in the North Wales area.�
�
With an immediate start available, this role requires an individual who is confident, with experience in a similar Supervisory or Team Leader position. The ideal candidate will have a background in Retail, looking to develop their career in a well-established and growing organisation.�Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will require a Basic DBS Check.
Hourly pay:��11
The Role:�
-�Providing excellent Customer Service and any relevant product information
- Supervising teams of retail staff, providing training and guidance
- Pricing stock and merchandising
- Accepting incoming deliveries and outgoing orders
- Stocktaking and accurate inventory management
- Processing payments and banking
The Ideal Candidate:�
-�Background in a Supervisor / Manager / Team Leader role
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Previous�experience in a Retail/Sales environment
- Communication and Leadership skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites in North Wales
