Role Description
We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-driven full time BMW New Car Retail Sales Manager to help lead our New Car Sales team at Halliwell Jones (Warrington) Ltd. You’ll be a key part of the department’s success – owning the enquiry process, driving finance performance, proactively identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued.
This is more than a back-office role. You’ll be on the showroom floor, challenging the team’s daily activity, spotting new leads through eMaster, service, and CRM tools, and ensuring a seamless experience through to handover. With our centre recently finishing 4th nationally for customer satisfaction, we’re looking for someone who will help us push even higher.
