Retail Manager

Our client is looking for a Retail Manager for their new outlet based in the City of London.
You will use your background in retail management to oversee the daily activities of this new store. You will have a food based background, this role is expected to be very busy as you are in a prime location. You will likely manage 7 team members and 2 assistant managers.
You will monitor standards of hygiene and food safety throughout the store resulting in EHO rating of 5 to evidence compliance with food safety and hygiene legislations. Carry out risk assessments and internal audits to assess compliance re health and safety fire safety and Brand standards. Champion the store Meet and exceed targes for sales, waste, wages and profitability. Address any problems from customers or onsite issues. Overall ensure the smooth running of the shop.

Shifts are between 5am - Midnight, 5 days a week, but you will only work at 8 hour shift during this time.
In return the company offer a salary of £35000 - £40000 and benefits associated with this long standing brand.
Interview is based on 2 stages.
