Job Description
The Retail Field Communications Team support all aspects of daily operations, including support in planning of communication both to and from stores across the EU estate, corporate initiatives, feedback and proposed enhancements to our current communication channels. The team also supports stores in all areas of Operations, and work to improve documentation, policies and procedure and management of Store workload.

What You’ll Do:
Support Manager on maintenance of Retail Calendar planning for EU to ensure business units and stores are aware of key events and deliverables across Europe
Engage with Operations team members in weekly calls & through direct store visits to understand and keep abreast of current situations within Field
Manage and maintain various information through administrate tasks
Maintain proficient level knowledge of all in-store systems
Maintain expert knowledge across all Operational policies & procedures
