Job Description:
Extend a warm and sophisticated welcome to guests upon arrival.
Assist with seating arrangements when necessary.
Handle inquiries regarding menu items and specials with expert knowledge.
Process orders accurately and efficiently using a high-end POS system.
Manage payments, including cash, credit cards, vouchers, and deposits, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Provide impeccable customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.
Ensure the cashier area is impeccably maintained, including cleanliness and organization.
Collaborate with the matre d' and section managers to coordinate seating and streamline service.
