Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, is looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Newcastle area to join their team.

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
£45,000 - £55,000 Basic - dependent on experience
£60,000 - £75,000 OTE

Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
Produce accurate property reports using market-leading iPad technology
Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
Attend Regional meetings
