Our homes provide essential support to children aged 10β18 who have experienced domestic violence, neglect, emotional abuse, and other forms of trauma.
Whether you have residential childcare experience or have worked in secure or therapeutic settings β if you're calm, resilient, and truly care, we want to hear from you. π
π‘ What You'll Do:

Build safe, trusting relationships with children who may have experienced significant trauma
*
Deliver consistent routines, emotional support, and daily living assistance
*
Respond to challenging behaviour using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches
*
Promote independence, self-esteem, and resilience in a nurturing environment
*
Work collaboratively with social workers, therapists, and multi-agency professionals
*
Maintain accurate records, risk assessments, and safeguarding reports

Requirements:
*
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare / Health and Social Care (or equivalent or relevant experience) π
*
Minimum 6 months UK experience supporting children or young people in care π§
*
Understanding of trauma, attachment, and behavioural challenges
*
Emotionally resilient, calm under pressure, and committed to safeguarding π‘οΈ
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*
Flexibility to work long days, sleep-ins, and weekends, as required by the rota
