Our homes provide essential support to children aged 10–18 who have experienced domestic violence, neglect, emotional abuse, and other forms of trauma.

🏡 What You'll Do:

Build safe, trusting relationships with children who may have experienced significant trauma
*
Deliver consistent routines, emotional support, and daily living assistance
*
Respond to challenging behaviour using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches
*
Promote independence, self-esteem, and resilience in a nurturing environment
*
Work collaboratively with social workers, therapists, and multi-agency professionals
*
Maintain accurate records, risk assessments, and safeguarding reports
✅ Requirements:
*
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare / Health and Social Care (or equivalent or relevant experience) 📜
*
Minimum 6 months UK experience supporting children or young people in care 🧒
*
Understanding of trauma, attachment, and behavioural challenges
*
Emotionally resilient, calm under pressure, and committed to safeguarding 🛡️
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*
Flexibility to work long days, sleep-ins, and weekends, as required by the rota
