Residential Nursing Manager

Clinical Lead Role - We are seeking a qualified Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead at our care home in Aberdeen. As Night Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN), you will be responsible for leading and managing a care team, ensuring the smooth running of our care home and providing the highest standard of care to our residents.
We deliver exceptional levels of Residential, Nursing, Dementia & Respite care for up to 86 residents. Our care home is committed to providing the highest standard of care to our residents, and we are looking for a qualified Nurse who has a passion for leadership and making a difference. The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience working with the elderly in a care setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a care team.
• Experience in supporting staff with further training and development.

As a Clinical Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the care team with confidence.
• Providing ongoing training and support to staff.
• Ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
• Forming and maintaining strong relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
