This is what you will be doing:

As a Residential New Build Conveyancer, your duties will include:-

Handling the full life cycle of new build purchase transactions, including related sales and part exchanges.
Supervising support staff and providing day-to-day guidance to those working closely with you.
Assisting senior team members with complex matters and offering cover during peak workloads or absences.
Ensuring all client work is carried out promptly, efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
Maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and contributing to billing targets and department procedures.
