Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Conveyancer, your role will involve managing a caseload from instruction to post-completion, including:
Handling freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases
Managing remortgage transactions and equity release cases
Drafting and reviewing contracts, titles and transfer documents
Handling transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
Ensuring compliance with CQS protocols and quality standards
Providing supervision and support to conveyancing assistants
Building strong relationships with local clients and professional contacts
Cross-referring clients to other legal departments where appropriate
