A well-established and respected law firm in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its long-standing property team. This opportunity has arisen due to the planned retirement of a senior conveyancer, following a distinguished career of over 40 years in the legal profession.

The successful candidate will take over an active and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters and join a department known for its expertise, continuity, and commitment to making the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients.

The Role
The role will cover a full range of residential property work, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Remortgages
Buy to let transactions
Shared ownership
Equity release
Auction sales
Option agreements
Adverse possession claims

There is also scope to be involved in property development matters, such as:
Purchasing development land via conditional contracts or option agreements
Section 106 agreements
Acting for local builders and private clients selling land for development
Handling subsequent sales of freehold and leasehold plots
